Group personal training classes, designed to suit all levels of ability, offer an excellent opportunity to improve your overall fitness with one-on-one attention in an exciting and motivational community atmosphere. Exercising in a group provides motivation and encouragement to help you get the most out of each exercise session.

Instruction is given with great attention to detail to provide the proper intensity levels for every member, every time. All classes are one hour in length, unless otherwise stated. Click here for complete Membership information.

A Group Class Membership entitles you to unlimited classes throughout the month. Classes offered include:

Circuit Training/ Advanced Circuit Training: This class will improve muscular strength and stamina as well as cardiovascular endurance. This class challenges all levels of participants as they perform 3-4 strength training exercises followed by an aerobic exercise, each for one minute. Each class includes 15 or more stations. Be sure to bring water and a towel.

Bells & Balls: This class will get your heart pumping and your muscles quivering as you perform a variety of exercises using a Swiss/exercise ball, medicine ball or kettlebell.  By combining strength training and cardiovascular activity, you’re sure to get a great workout.  Bring water, a towel and an enthusiasm to work hard!

Favorite Stations: This class is a chance to do your own thing with the guidance of a trainer.  You can work on exercises that target certain areas of the body or have fun and do the ones you enjoy most!  This class can challenge all levels of participants with a trainer who can progress or regress exercises as needed.  Be sure to bring water and a towel!

Get on the Ball: This class will improve strength, balance and core stability. Using a Swiss/exercise ball, hand weights, theratubing, a lot of know-how and creativity, your body will be challenged in ways you may never have imagined, allowing you to do things you previously thought to be impossible! Bring a yoga/Pilates mat, Swiss/exercise/stability ball, water and a towel.

Guts & Glutes: This 30 minute conditioning class will focus on strengthening the lower body and abdominals to enhance the appearance of a tight tummy and toned tushie. Bring a yoga/Pilates mat, water and a towel.

Pilates Fusion: This class will improve your core strength and posture. This is a mat class that incorporates primary Pilates principles of control, concentration, rhythm, breathing and flow, with emphasis placed on quality of movement and form. By combining basic pilates mat exercises and some other favorites, this class is invigorating as well as rehabilitative in nature. Bring a yoga/Pilates mat, water and a towel.

Spin/Spin Plus*: This is an indoor cycling class where you pedal to motivating music as an instructor guides you through a series of hills, sprints and jumps. During the class you vary your pace, slowing down and adding tension to simulate a hill, while at other times you pedal as fast as you can with less tension. Spin offers an excellent aerobic workout that gets your heart pumping and tones your quads, outer thigh muscles and abdominals. Each spin ride is your ride, regardless of fitness level, as the intensity can be changed by adjusting your pace or the level of the tension knob on the bike. Be sure to bring water, a towel and lots of energy! Registration is required for all spin classes. Sign-ups are available up to one week in advance.

Stretch, Strengthen & Stabilize: This 90 minute class will focus on improving balance, core stability, strength and posture. This will be accomplished by challenging the body with exercises using a stability ball, hand weights, theratubing and body bars, as well as combining elements of Pilates principles of control, concentration, rhythm, breathing and flow. This class will be sure to stretch, strengthen and stabilize your body! Bring a yoga/pilates mat, water and a towel.
