Tim Calder is a graduate of Springfield College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training and Sports Medicine. He also holds a Physical Education teaching certificate.
Before becoming a personal trainer, Tim spent six years working in a clinical setting learning about the biomechanics of the body as well as sports injury assessment. While working at the clinical level, it became evident to Tim that his true passion in life was not only helping rehabilitate people from illness and injury, but also finding ways to empower people to lead fuller and better lives through fitness and wellness. Tim has been successful in this quest by working for the past eight years as a personal trainer and fitness coach. Tim combines his in-depth knowledge of rehabilitation and current fitness research with creative design to develop personal and group fitness training programs for individuals of all ages and fitness levels.
